Why B2B SEO is structurally different.

The client is a wholesale supplier selling to cafes, restaurants, retailers and hospitality businesses. The commercial goal was not ordinary ecommerce traffic. It was a steady stream of serious trade enquiries from buyers who already knew they needed supply.

That meant the website could not be treated like a consumer Shopify store. It needed the right build, the right content architecture, and the right SEO targeting from day one.

Three things separate B2B/wholesale SEO from regular ecommerce SEO. They sound obvious in writing but most 'ecommerce SEO' agencies miss all three.
